Customer Service Representatives

Qualifications

  • College level or graduate of any course.
  • Above average verbal English communication skills.
Reponsibilities
Call Center Operations:
  • Complies with required shift schedules and login hours, with adherence to break schedules and after call work in order not to disrupt operations as forecasted.
  • Takes first level of contact to settle customer complaints, concerns and issues in an efficient manner· Provides correct and accurate information regarding customers' inquiries.
  • Comply with the early in schedules and overtime requirements, if needed by Business Unit Operations.
  • Responsible for taking care of company properties and equipments by ensuring that the necessary equipments are in proper operating mode or reporting any damages found.
Quality Call Handling Monitoring
  • Attends regular briefing regarding information updates.
  • Ensures quality call handling, adhering to set standards for operations.
  • Ensures that all information communicated to the caller is correct and updated.
Interpersonal and Discipline
  • Observes and follow Company and Client policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned or required by the job.
